We are so excited to welcome you to the 2026 Side By Side Annual Conference, taking place at the CMDA National Convention.
Side By Side can’t wait to see you in Loveland, Colorado on April 23-26, 2026 as we dive deeply into the three pillars on which our ministry stands: Standing with our Husbands, Striving with our Sisters and Walking with our Lord. We’ll enjoy fellowship with one another, hearing from amazing plenary speakers and making new friends.

Who?
All current members, prospective members, leaders and alumni of Side By Side! Come with your friends from your chapter, bring your husband to earn some CME and enjoy a mini-vacation together (childcare options available!), or represent your chapter solo while meeting new friends and gleaning information to take back home to your chapter.
Why?
Come learn and grow with your Side By Side sisters. Catch the vision of what CMDA is doing and bring it back to your chapter. Be filled, inspired and excited about your faith!

Navigate to the registration page on the NatCon Website
Log into or create a CMDA account.
Select the Side By Side Participant option when you register. If you’re attending with your husband, you can register him and add yourself as a “guest”, still selecting Side By Side Participant.
(If you need financial assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out; scholarships are available!).

Accommodations are offered on site at Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Conference Center, which is attached to the conference center. Breakfast is provided and included in the cost of your stay.
When that property fills, the next closest block of rooms is available at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Loveland Fort Collins/Windsor.
We recommend booking your accommodations quickly to ensure you are able to stay on site!

Boxed lunches are included with your conference registration for Friday & Saturday. Dinner will be on our own Thursday & Friday evenings, and we can't wait to explore some yummy new restaurants with you all. Saturday evening will include a banquet dinner reception for all conference attendees.

If you are flying to the convention, flying into the area, Denver International Airport is recommended. This airport is approximately 50 minutes from the Conference Center. For those driving to the convention, the hotel does offer self-parking for $15 per day.

Children (infants through age 12) will enjoy a Christian day camp format of biblically themed stories, crafts, activities, games, and hikes with caring adults. Pricing is $150 for the first child and $125 for each additional child. It’s simple to add your children’s reservation when you are completing your registration.

Join us for getting to know other women and the ministry of Side By Side, through prayer and worship, a Side By Side Testimony from Regional Director Sondra Grotz, and an overview of the weekend.

Be sure to join many of us at the Family Life Track on Friday for Streams & Summits: Building a Family That Lasts with Dr. Joshua Lehman and Rebecca Lehman, Director of Side By Side, along with our much loved Marriage Panel Discussion Shared Ground: Practical Wisdom for Finance, Field, and Faith featuring three healthcare couples, and Real Conversations for Real Challenges in Medicine, a time of rotating table talk questions.
On Saturday, Side By Side will host three breakout sessions for women in healthcare marriages based on our three pillars of Standing by our Husbands, Striving with our Sisters and Walking with our Lord. We’ll be blessed to learn from Carol Mason Shrader in Greater Love: Friendship, Heather Marra, PT, MPT, PRPC will teach on True Intimacy in Marriage, and Dawn Mast will speak on The Medical Marriage: Growing Closer to Each Other and the Lord. -
Join us on Friday and Saturday mornings for Coffee, Conversation, and Captivating Teaching for ALL women at NatCon. Devotional teachings will be provided, followed by fellowship and intentional conversations.
