Executive Team Retreat Recap- God at Work in Bristol!
In late September, your Executive Team gathered at CMDA headquarters in Bristol, TN, for three days of rest, prayer, and vision casting. Highlights included:

This month, we celebrate and honor Brooke Fermin, who is retiring from her role as Midwest Regional Director after 15 incredible years of service. Brooke has faithfully discipled, equipped, and walked alongside countless leaders and women in our ministry. While she’s stepping back from her RD role, we’re thrilled that she plans to remain actively engaged—especially in supporting marriage ministry efforts.
Brooke, your legacy of love, leadership, and laughter has left a permanent mark on Side By Side. We praise God for your “yes” and the way you’ve poured into this ministry.

These monthly gatherings are sacred times of intercession and encouragement. Whether you’re brand new to prayer or a seasoned intercessor, we’d love for you to join.
