Yes! Gift cards can make excellent auction items, particularly for popular stores, restaurants, experiences, and services.

Absolutely. Experiences can be some of the most exciting auction items! Please be sure that these items can be redeemed anywhere within the United States.

Examples include photography sessions, coaching, consulting, artwork commissions, vacation stays, classes, tickets, or other unique experiences.

Please be sure to include any important restrictions, expiration dates, blackout dates, scheduling requirements, or other conditions when submitting your donation.

Absolutely! Thoughtfully curated gift baskets are welcome and can be a great way to combine several smaller donations into one memorable auction package.

You can create a basket around one of our suggested themes or come up with your own.

Wonderful! Please submit each item or package through the donation form so we have the information needed to create accurate auction listings. Any items being auctioned as a basket can be submitted on one form.

All donation submissions must be received by February 15, 2027.

Early submissions are encouraged! This gives our team time to review your donation, gather any additional information or photos, and prepare the auction listing.

Each auction listing will acknowledge the individual or business that donated the item, providing an opportunity to share your work, introduce your business, or simply be recognized for your generosity.

Anonymous donations are also accepted; please just indicate your preference on your donation form!

Side By Side is a nonprofit ministry. However, whether a particular donation is tax-deductible and the amount that may be deducted depends on individual circumstances.
