Ministry always begins with obedience, and we're so grateful for Kim's willingness to step out in faith and trust the Lord with what He has ahead. We are beyond excited for our first Side By Side: Healthcare Marriages in Christ event, The Joy Prescription: Reclaiming Delight in God and Each Other!
Healthcare marriage is a beautiful calling, but it also comes with unique challenges. Long hours, emotional exhaustion, unpredictable schedules, and the weight of caring for others can quietly steal connection and joy. Yet God's design for marriage is not merely survival—it is flourishing in Him.

August Prayer Walk Challenge
This month, we're inviting every Side By Side woman to commit to one simple challenge:
Before your Side By Side semester begins, set aside time for a Prayer Walk.
Whether you walk through your neighborhood, around a local campus or hospital, or simply through your favorite park, spend intentional time praying over your husband, your family, your local Side By Side chapter, and the healthcare community. Ask the Lord to strengthen marriages, protect hearts, and draw healthcare families closer to Himself this semester.
Then, we'd love to celebrate with you! . Take a photo during your Prayer Walk, share it on social media, and tell us what God laid on your heart as you prayed. Be sure to tag Side By Side so we can encourage one another and rejoice in what the Lord is doing across the country.

Praising God for His Faithfulness
We are overflowing with gratitude for the Lord's provision! As we close out our July 2025–June 2026 budget year, we're excited to share that Side By Side raised $44,709.34 of our $50,000 annual budget—the closest we've ever come to reaching our goal!
Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave, and faithfully partnered with this ministry. God has not only provided financially, but He has also given us meaningful Kingdom work to accomplish through your generosity.
We believe this new 2026-2027 budget year will be filled with opportunities to glorify the Lord as He continues to strengthen healthcare marriages and draw women closer to Christ.
