February 2026 Announcements

Life and Family Track at the CMDA National Convention
Loveland, Colorado | April 23–26, 2026

Join us Friday for the Family Life Track, a space intentionally designed to encourage, strengthen, and equip marriages and families navigating the unique terrain of medicine and dentistry.

Session 1: Streams and Summits: Climbing Together, Kept by God
Joshua & Rebecca Lehman

In the climb of medical life, marriage and family can often feel like the steepest ascent. Drawing from Psalm 121, Joshua and Rebecca Lehman will share stories, Scripture, and practical rhythms that ground families in a steady truth: God is our Keeper. He strengthens, steadies, and sustains families in medicine. Lift your eyes. Rest in His faithful keeping. And keep climbing together with courage and hope.

Session 2: The Medical Marriage Panel
A NatCon Tradition

A beloved CMDA National Convention tradition returns. The Medical Marriage Panel features three specially prayed-for and thoughtfully chosen medical couples engaging in an honest, encouraging, and faith-filled conversation about navigating marriage in the medical field. We’ll discuss real challenges, practical wisdom, and how faith strengthens marriages amid the demands of medicine and dentistry. This year our panelists are:

  • Dr. and Mrs. Mike Chupp, our beloved CMDA CEO and and his lovely wife Pamela

  • Arthur and Katrina Germakovski, a dual med student couple

  • Drs. Mathew and Krystal Mattox, a married physical therapist and dentist duo

We’re looking forward to learning from each of their varied experiences in medical marriages!

Session 3: Real Conversations for Real Challenges in Medicine
Rotating Table Talk Workshop

This interactive workshop creates space for connection and community. Couples will gather around rotating tables to engage in meaningful conversations about the real challenges of life and marriage in medicine. It’s a time to listen, share, encourage one another, and pour into fellow members of the medical community—no panels, no pressure, just honest conversation and mutual support.

Whether you’re early in training, deep into practice, or somewhere in between, the Family Life Track offers truth, encouragement, and hope for the climb—because none of us are meant to do it alone.

Love Challenge

Our Love Challenge continues to be a simple, grace-filled way to practice love where God has placed us. These small, intentional prompts are not about adding pressure but about creating space for presence, kindness, and connection. We encourage all women to join in, even if you are jumping in partway through. Love practiced faithfully always bears fruit.

Thank you also for helping spread the word about our recent giveaway. It was such a joy to see women engaging, tagging friends, and celebrating together. This giveaway was more than a prize. It was an invitation to invest in medical marriages and remind women that they are seen and supported. We are grateful for your partnership in helping us extend that encouragement.

Before we rise, we bow. Join us on Zoom for our monthly Side By Side Prayer Hour—a sacred hour of teaching, connection, and intercession. Whether you’re new to prayer or seasoned in it, come expectant for how God will move.

Due to President’s Day we will be meeting on February 17th,  TUESDAY at 1p ET, 12p CT, 11a MT, and 10a PT. Brittany Patterson will be sharing her process for praying through the Lord’s Armor in Ephesians 6.
